About
A small Hong Kong practice devoted to careful reconstruction of offline wallet records.
Why this work exists
Air-gapped wallets keep keys offline by design. The trade-off is that movement history often lives on paper, sticky notes, and occasional device exports that never sync to a cloud ledger. When tax season, a family audit, or a bookkeeper handover arrives, those scraps need a calm, human reconstruction — not another app login.
API Integrator Digital formed around that narrow need: turning offline wallet tracker material into a transaction import workbook someone else can trust.
How we work
We meet clients at Metroplaza Tower 1 in Kwai Fong or by sealed courier. Sources stay on isolated machines. We never ask for seed phrases, PIN codes, or live wallet access. Clarity comes from dated slips, signed printouts, and patient matching — the same discipline a careful clerk would bring to a paper cash book.
People
Our preparation team combines ledger experience from private-client bookkeeping with familiarity in how cold-wallet owners actually annotate transfers. Engagements are handled by a named preparer; you are not passed to a rotating helpdesk.
Values we keep visible
- Isolation first — if a step would require connecting a cold device, we refuse it.
- Source honesty — missing evidence becomes a gap, not a guessed row.
- Plain delivery — booklets and offline files a non-technical bookkeeper can open.
- Hong Kong grounding — meetings, courier handovers, and phone support on local business days.
Relationship with clients
Most clients return when a new quarter closes or when an accountant requests a cleaner import. We keep preparation logs so a later engagement can pick up where the last workbook ended.
