What moves an estimate
- Number of movements and distinct source devices
- Condition of handwriting and dating on paper slips
- Whether prior workbooks from us already exist for the same wallet set
- Need for bilingual labels (English / Traditional Chinese column headers)
- Urgent turnaround under five business days (when capacity allows)
Deposits
Workbook engagements require a 40% deposit to reserve preparation time. Reconciliation sessions and briefings are payable on the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
How to get a firm figure
Send an intake request with an approximate movement count and photo or scan counts of your source stacks (never include recovery phrases). We reply within two business days with a scope outline and estimate.
