Purpose and legal basis
We process data to respond to inquiries, perform contracted workbook services, keep engagement records, and operate this website. Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests in running a professional practice, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.
Retention
Inquiry messages without an engagement are kept up to 24 months. Engagement files are retained for seven years unless a longer period is required for accounting disputes. Cookie identifiers follow the durations listed on the cookies page.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with couriers you authorise, IT support under confidentiality, or authorities when required by Hong Kong law. International transfers, if any (for example email infrastructure), are limited to providers bound by appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Hong Kong personal data principles, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, and withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the stored preference and revisiting the banner settings via our cookies page guidance. Contact contact@api-integrator.digital to exercise rights.
Security
Isolated machines are used for source transcription. Physical sources are stored in locked cabinets during preparation and returned or destroyed per engagement instructions.
