Refund & Cancellation
When deposits and session fees for workbook engagements may be refunded or rescheduled.

This policy applies to Transaction Import Workbooks, Offline Ledger Reconciliation sessions, Quarterly Record Audits, and Cold-Wallet Intake Briefings offered by API Integrator Digital. It does not cover goods or subscriptions we do not sell.

Non-refundable items
- Courier fees you paid to third-party carriers
- Printed booklet reprints requested after you approved the final draft
- Time already spent on clarified draft revisions included in the engagement
Work already started
Once you confirm the source inventory, preparation time is billable. If you withdraw afterward, we invoice elapsed work and refund any surplus deposit within fourteen business days.
Purchased materials
If we purchase paper stock or USB media specifically for your engagement with prior written approval, those costs are non-refundable once ordered.
Rescheduling
Reconciliation sessions and briefings may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Further changes may incur a HK$200 administration fee.
Process and timing
Email contact@api-integrator.digital with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank processing times may add several days.
