Who this is for

Private holders, family-office bookkeepers, and small treasury desks who keep cold-wallet activity on paper slips, signed printouts, or disconnected device exports — and need a structured workbook an accountant or internal ledger can import without reconnecting the wallet.

What you receive

We rebuild every movement into a consistent column layout: date, amount, asset notation as written on your sources, direction, counterparty or memo text, and the physical source each line came from. A separate gap register lists missing slips, unclear handwriting, and date conflicts. A one-page preparation log records what we received, what we excluded, and when the workbook was closed.

Not included

  • Connecting any air-gapped device to a network
  • Tax filing, legal advice, or brokerage account access
  • Ongoing bookkeeping after workbook delivery
  • Reconstructing records when no primary source exists

How it runs

  1. You submit an intake form and arrange a secure drop-off or courier of sources to Metroplaza Tower 1, or schedule an in-office review.
  2. We catalogue sources and send a short inventory confirmation within two business days.
  3. Draft workbook and gap register follow; you answer clarifying questions.
  4. Final booklet and offline file are delivered by hand or sealed courier.

Preparation on your side

Gather dated slips, device export printouts, and any signed confirmations in chronological order if possible. Note which wallet or device each batch belongs to. Do not photograph seed phrases or recovery material — we never need those.

Constraints

Work is performed on isolated machines. We do not accept live wallet logins. If handwriting is illegible, those lines stay in the gap register until you provide a clearer source.
