Acceptance

By using https://api-integrator.digital or engaging API Integrator Digital for workbook preparation, reconciliation sessions, audits, or briefings, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.

Services described

Pages describing workbooks, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope in writing (email acceptable) and, where applicable, a deposit is received.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and original workbook templates remain our property. Delivered workbooks and preparation logs for your engagement are licensed to you for internal accounting and advisory use. You may not resell our templates as a competing service.

Client responsibilities

You warrant that sources you provide are lawfully in your control and do not include material you are forbidden to share. You must not submit seed phrases, recovery material, or credentials. You remain responsible for decisions made by your accountants or advisers using our deliverables.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including tax penalties arising from incomplete sources you supplied. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or related engagements.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep content current but may update offerings, rates, or processes without prior notice. Published guide prices are not offers.
