Workbook Process
How an offline wallet tracker becomes a finished transaction import workbook — step by step, without connecting cold devices.
This page walks the path from first inquiry to sealed delivery. It is the same sequence we use for the Transaction Import Workbook.
The path
Intake brief
You describe wallet count, approximate movements, and how sources are stored. We confirm whether a full workbook, a reconciliation session, or a quarterly audit fits better.
Source handover
Paper stacks and signed printouts arrive by appointment at Metroplaza Tower 1 or by sealed courier. USB exports are accepted only as files already written offline — we never plug your cold wallet into our machines.
Inventory confirmation
Within two business days you receive a list of what we logged: slip counts, date ranges, and any empty envelopes. Nothing is typed into the movement table until you confirm the inventory.
Draft workbook
Lines are entered with source citations. Unclear items move to the gap register. You review the draft and answer clarifying questions by email or a short call.
Final delivery
Printed A4 booklet, offline spreadsheet on USB or encrypted archive, and the preparation log. One revision pass is included if you spot a citation error after delivery.
